TUITION 2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR
Tuition at MVCS is a yearly amount that includes not only tuition but also fees for books and technology. Tuition is due August 1 and January 1. Other options include 10 payment (August - May) or 12 payment plans which both carry a 5% finance charge. Requests for a different payment plan than listed above must be made in writing to the Board. If you are not paying in advance, we encourage you to choose the 10 payment plan. The first payment will be due August 1, 2007. Sibling discounts of 5% apply to the second sibling enrolled, and 10% for the third and consecutive siblings. If you have concerns, please contact the registrar, treasurer, or another board member. Refunds of tuition are made only under very specific circumstances. Please see the Refund Policy in the Handbook.

Childcare Rates
• Before School Care 7:30-8:00 $2.00/day
• After School Care 3:15-5:30 and 12:00-5:30 on half days $3.75/hour
• For children enrolled in a partial day program, the rate is $5.00/hour between 12:15p.m. and 3:15p.m.
• If your child is at school past 5:30p.m, the late fee charge is $2.00/minute.
Other Fees
During the course of the school year, there are special fees for Physical Education (from November to April), for field trips to museums or other sites that charge an entrance fee, and for theater events. These fees run from between $100 to $150 a year.
All notices of payments due will be placed in the parent folders located on the community table. All payments not received by the fifteenth day of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee. Any payments over three months overdue are subject to an interest charge of 1 % per month (12% annual rate). All returned checks will be subject to a $25 Fee.
Applications for new students will be accepted in March. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for new students. Upon admittance, a $75.00 registration fee is due.

You may fill out the application online, or print and mail. Online applicants will be contacted for a signature and $25 application fee to complete the process.
